Who should attend?
Business owners or staff that handles marketing for small businesses or large. What we teach is important for all sized companies. Also marketing, advertising, PR, Digital Marketing and ecommerce professionals working at an agency or client-side, or anyone looking to grow their skillset to become more marketable for career growth or to become more qualified to land a new job.

Will I receive any certification after completing the course?
A certificate as proof of your attendance on the course is available on request.  There will not be a test upon completion of the workshop.

How many other attendees will there be?
Our workshops are small and intimate by design, so that you get the most of out the class and to enable one-to-one time with the trainer and among the others in the group. The most that could be in the class is 30, and often times they are even smaller.

Is there anything I need to bring with me?
We recommend that you bring a laptop or tablet to follow along with live examples and to get the most hands-on experience possible.

Do I have to wear business attire?
No way. We believe the best learning is when you are comfortable. There is no dress code, and if you don’t mind the instructor wearing shorts and a Launch Commerce t-shirt, we won’t care what you wear at all.

What communications can I expect to receive from you prior to the workshop?
You will receive a welcome email upon registering with all of the information that is needed for the workshop, including our phone number to give us a call if that’s your thing.

How can I pay?
We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, and Paypal.  As the seating is limited and in demand, there are no refunds once your transaction has been completed.

How do I enter my promo code?
Ah, so you watched one of our videos and have a promo code to enter?  Great! Click on any of “Reserve My Spot” links and enter your code on the next page. If the code returns a “code no longer available” message, then you aren’t one of the first 10 to reserve a spot and unfortunately the discounted seats are no longer available. Do we break for lunch?
No.  We seriously have a lot to cover in just one day, and we want to give you as much value for your time and money as possible.  Instead, there will be a buffet lunch provided to you so that you can eat and continue to learn at the same time.
